Atila Kemal Oğuz graduated from Kuleli Military High School in 1982, and Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Civil Engineering in 1989. He later completed the Executive MBA Program at Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration and Global Competition Strategies Program at the University of Michigan. He started working for the well-known companies in the industry as a Site Engineer, and continued his career in different positions as a Planning Engineer, Site Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator and General Manager. He is responsible for the management of corporate culture development, change strategies, investment and contracting projects of the company. Oğuz defines Tepe İnşaat as a company that is people and customer oriented and educates its employees. He tries to increase the share of the Turkish construction sector in the international contracting market. Experienced particularly in investment projects in Turkey besides superstructures and industrial structures in the contracting industry in foreign countries such as Croatia, Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Germany, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Turkmenistan, Atila Kemal Oğuz has been working as the General Manager of Tepe İnşaat since 2010.
He graduated from Department of Civil Engineering of Middle East Technical University in 1992. In 2015, he completed the Executive MBA Program at Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration and Global Competition Strategies Program at the University of Michigan. In 2017, he completed the Understanding Global Markets: "Macroeconomics for Executives" program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). From 1992 to 2001, he worked as Site Engineer and then Construction Site Section Supervisor, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Supervisor and Track Works and Prefabricated Works Supervisor in Dikmen Valley Project, Tarsus-Mersin Motorway Viaducts, İzmit Domestic and Industrial Water Supply Project and Bursa Light Rail Transit System Project. In 2001, Köse started to work at Tepe İnşaat Sanayi A.Ş. and served as Production Manager, Technical Office Supervisor, Project Manager and Project Coordinator in infrastructure, superstructure and industrial buildings in Turkey and Azerbaijan. Since February 2016, he has been working as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Domestic Projects at Tepe İnşaat Sanayi A.Ş.
He graduated from Department of Civil Engineering of Middle East Technical University. Since 1989, he has taken responsibility and served in managerial positions at various levels in both domestic and overseas projects of various leading contracting companies of Turkey. He completed airport, highway, housing, social facility and business center projects in various foreign countries, including Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Croatia. The projects he completed in Turkey include hospitals, pipelines, dams and hydroelectric power plants. Şafak Kolay served in Tepe Group between 1995-1996 for the first time. Since July 2013, he is the Assistant General Manager responsible for overseas operations at Tepe İnşaat.
He was born in İzmir and graduated from Department of Geophysical Engineering of Ankara University. After 1992, he worked in areas of Planning, Cost Control, Project Management and Project Development through various tasks at the construction sites and central units of Tepe İnşaat. He also served in managerial positions in various stages of important projects at Tepe İnşaat, including Bilkent Plaza Business and Shopping Center, World Bank MEER and TERRA Projects, Kanyon Shopping Mall-Office-Residential Complex, Buyaka Shopping Mall-Office-Residential Complex, Şişecam Yenişehir Flat Glass and Bottle Factories, Narcity and Narlife Houses. He served as Project Development Manager, Coordinator and Director in Investment Projects and since February 2016 he has been working as Assistant General Manager responsible for Investment Projects.
